We offer refunds and/or exchanges within the first 30 days of your purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

The item must be in its original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

The return of the product must be made at our clinic, attended by one of our Physiotherapists, and once the return form has been completed and signed

Once the customer wants the product, contact us and make the payment, we will proceed to send the product to the customer address or we can keep it at our Clinic
